葉山食堂ノイヴォイさん、昼間は｢けのひ｣という屋号で営業されていた。シェフのトマトソース、とりわけアラビアータが大好きで、トンカツもアラビアータソースで頂くようにしております。
Hayama Shokudo Neuvoi used to operate under the name “Kenohi” during the daytime.
I’m a big fan of the chef’s tomato sauce—especially the arrabbiata—and I even enjoy my tonkatsu with that spicy sauce.
